Q. When do my monthly payments start?
A. We typically run our monthly billings about the 20th of the month for that month. So when you sign up, we will charge your credit card for the $99 design/setup fee within a day or two, but your first monthly charge may not start for up to 45 days. You get the extra days for free cause we're nice!
Q. Why do I save $200 + the $99 setup fee when I pay up front for a year?
A. Paying up front saves our accounting department time and money so we pass it on to you. A lot of reps tell us that one invoice a year is just easier for them to deal with as well.
Q. Can I just call you with my credit card number?
A. Some people don't like using their credit card online. No problem. Call us at 888-288-5677 (US or Canada) or 306-665-5025 internationally.
Q. What forms of payments do you take?
A. Visa, Mastercard and American Express. We expect to be adding PayPal shortly.
Q. Is your pricing guaranteed?
A. No. It can change at anytime with 30 days notice as per Our Terms of Service.
Q. What happens if I want to quit?
A. If you no longer require the services you can quit any time you like. Remember however that we do not offer
prorated refunds for partial months.
Q. The amount I got charged is slightly higher/lower than what your system said it would be. How come?
A. We're a Canadian company but financial advisors all over the world can deal with us. We batch our credit card processing and processes every day or so. When the card does run the exchange rate it processes at might be a few pennies (either higher or lower) than the estimated conversion rate you saw on our Buy page.
Q. How do I change/update my credit card information?
A. You can update payment information in the FundNet back office under the Account Info section.
